KK Buys Indy Homes Gives Back!
Our giving back initiative at KK Buys Indy Homes is more than just a philanthropic endeavor – it’s an integral part of our commitment to the community and the growth of our real estate business. Through various charitable activities and partnerships, we actively contribute to the betterment of Indianapolis neighborhoods. Whether it’s supporting local schools, organizing community events, or participating in housing initiatives, we believe in giving back to the community that has supported us. This initiative not only strengthens our bond with the community but also enhances our reputation as a socially responsible real estate investment firm.
By investing in the well-being of our neighborhoods, we create a positive impact that resonates far beyond the realm of real estate transactions, fostering lasting relationships and driving the sustainable growth of our business.
KK Buys Indy Homes Involvement
7FF Foundation
7 Figure Flipping is a community of impact driven real estate investors. In 2021, nine members came together to figure out how we could take the blessings we’ve been given and bless others in return. Out of this idea, the 7 Figure Foundation was born. Our goal is to allow people to have a tangible, visible impact on the world by serving communities in need – whether that is with your time, talent, or treasure.

Looking Forward Ministries
In a nutshell the goal of our ministry is to give life away first and foremost by sharing the Gospel (Good News) of Jesus Christ! We believe every human being has been given God given unique gifts and talents and therefore, has called us to encourage others by sharing and teaching His truths. By using short term international mission trips, local outreaches, and involvement in our church we encourage every believer to live out the gospel by giving their life away to others.
Wayne Township HOSTS (Helping One Student to Succeed) Program
“Being able to watch the students improve their learning right before my eyes is amazing. For me, it’s like a reflection of my past self because I was in HOSTS. Because of HOSTS, my reading improved so much that I didn’t qualify for the program the following year.”
